Alison Appleton is an online tea specialist, selling high-quality loose-leaf tea and bespoke teaware. Alison's last website didn't work, it was built in WordPress using the Woocommerce shop plugin. After reviewing the performance of the site, we decided to move over to BigCommerce. This reduced the maintenance costs of the old WordPress site, no more hack attempts and reduced server costs meant that there was a cost-saving in the move. After 5 years, the BigCommerce website hasn't skipped a beat, with a conversion rate of 1.9%, the store has paid for itself tenfold. We designed and built a custom store for Alison Appleton. We then worked with Alison for many years offering marketing services and product photography.
